We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding digital marketing agency seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team. 

As the Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies across various platforms to drive targeted traffic and achieve exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and target the right audience segments.
  • Create and manage highly effective and engaging ad campaigns that align with clients' goals and KPIs.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve ROI.
  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to identify the most successful combinations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful ad creatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest advertising platform updates and changes.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and communicate results and insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure efficient spending to achieve maximum results.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and industry developments to enhance paid media strategies.

Must Have

  • Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist or Media Buyer with a successful track record of managing paid campaigns across various platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other social media ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Arabic Speaker

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing and advertising platforms are a plus.
  • Additional languages: English / Turkish
