Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion and Lead the entire sales cycle.
  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve monthly revenue targets and company objectives. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and engage with decision-makers within target companies to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring mutual benefits for both parties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

Must Have

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of business development strategies and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Solid negotiation and presentation skills, with a persuasive and confident approach.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experienced CRM professional with a proven track record of building relationships.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the digital marketing and startups market is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency In Arabic or Turkish
