- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and engage with decision-makers within target companies to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring mutual benefits for both parties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
Must Have
- Proven track record in business development or sales, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
- Solid negotiation and presentation skills, with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experienced CRM professional with a proven track record of building relationships.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the digital marketing and startups market is a plus but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency In Arabic or Turkish
